You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:
Safety and legality
- Use ROBUR for anything unlawful, unsafe, or fraudulent
- Post or perform work that is unsafe, that violates OSHA or any law, or that requires a license or credential the performer does not hold
- Bring anyone under 18 to a Mission site
- Work, or direct work, while impaired
Honesty
- Misrepresent your identity, business, credentials, insurance, or experience
- Create an account for someone else, share your account, or operate multiple accounts
- Falsify clock times, location, or any record
Money
- Take, request, or accept any share of another Earner's payout
- Set another Earner's rate, or direct another Earner's work
- Circumvent ROBUR to avoid fees on work sourced through the platform
- Pay or accept payment off-platform for work found through ROBUR (COUNSEL: confirm enforceability)
People
- Discriminate unlawfully — including on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or endanger anyone
- Retaliate against anyone for raising a safety or legal concern
The platform
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to breach the platform
- Interfere with its operation or with other users
- Use it to build a competing product
Consequences. Violations may result in warning, suspension, permanent removal, forfeiture of promotional credits, and referral to law enforcement.
