Help and contact

If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first.

How does it work?

A Mission Buyer posts a Mission of one to four hours with the payout set up front. An Earner claims it, checks in on site, and completes it. Each Mission is its own agreement.

What does it cost?

A flat $24 platform fee per Earner, or $12 for a Quick Hour of up to 60 minutes. The Mission Buyer pays the fee; the Earner keeps 100% of the posted payout.

When do Earners get paid?

The payout is funded when the Mission is posted and held by Stripe for settlement. It is released the day the Mission is finished; bank arrival depends on Stripe.

What does 1099 mean?

Earners are independent businesses. They choose each Mission, and they are free to take Missions anywhere else.

Is there insurance?

ROBUR does not provide accident insurance today.
